What is your return policy?
We know you’ll love your Misty Jade, but if it’s not for you, exchanges and/or store credits are accepted within 30 days. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know right away and we will make it right, either with a refund, or a replacement item. Send an email to shopmistyjade@gmail.com for all returns and exchange inquiries.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. Unless it is a pre-order item. If it is, that will be clearly stated.
Where does my order ship from?
Everything is shipped from our shop in Detroit, MI.
